I've also worked to read around the subject to try and understand what is going on, but I cannot see what I am doing wrong. I've tried a multitude of different ways of building it with pretty much the same type of results either an instant crash or a delayed one.
If I leave it idle for 10 minutes or so, I get the crash. The app is set to OpenGL ES 2.0 currently, but if I set it to ES 1.1, it will open and work. The app seems to build fine with no reported errors, but crashes as soon as the AVD emulator loads it. I have been working on an app that really is nothing more than a simple form based question/answer notepad thing, with the exception of using text blitter events as described by Chris Burrows over at the website. New CTF2.5 user here with a bit of a problem.
